A 2-3 day deep dive into your business using our 360 Value Mapping methodology. We analyze every workflow from 7 perspectives (customer, owner, employee, manager, prospect, partner, system), identify opportunities for AI augmentation, and produce a detailed implementation blueprint. The workshop fee is credited toward your first year of subscription.
Annual commitment is standard due to the significant upfront investment in mapping and configuring your instance. However, given the depth of customization involved, customers naturally stay because the system genuinely fits their operations. We don't lock you in with data — you can export everything at any time.
Yes. Full export in standard formats (CSV, JSON) at any time. No questions, no fees, no artificial limitations. Your data is yours. We include a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with every contract that makes this legally binding. We also offer self-hosted deployment for Enterprise customers who want total control.
Typical timeline is 4-8 weeks from Discovery Workshop to go-live, depending on complexity. Growth tier implementations with 1-2 departments are usually on the shorter end. Enterprise deployments with multiple departments and custom integrations may take 8-12 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline during the Discovery Workshop.
You can upgrade tiers at any time to add more departments and workflows. Additional workflow mapping within your current tier is handled during your optimization calls. If you're on Growth and need 5 workflows, upgrading to Scale is straightforward — we'll map the additional departments during your next workshop session.
